The restaurant staff were really nice and attentive. The food was delicious and there was a good variety on the menu, which was great. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was very convenient and close to some interesting sights.
The reception desk left a lot to be desired. The staff were not helpful and didn't seem to care about our concerns.

Located in a beautiful and quiet spot with lovely scenery, this hotel is a great base to explore other areas like the Picos mountains. the motorway is easily accessible, and there's an adjacent tourist train. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, providing gluten-free meals and even opening the cafe early for customers. the rooms are modern, well-appointed, and comfortable.
It can be difficult to communicate with staff who don't speak English, but they still try their best to assist guests.

Quiet location, near beaches. Lovely villages and beautiful scenery. Convenient parking on site. Extremely helpful staff. Tasty restaurant. Adjacent to tourist train. Easy access to motorway. Modern and beautiful room.

Location was great as we were able to explore nearby villages. It was also easy to find as it was near the motorway. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious and good value for money.
During our Easter stay, the restaurant was closed which was a bit disappointing, but we found another restaurant nearby. the shower set off the fire alarm, but the staff quickly addressed the issue.

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect for me, as it was easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of some beautiful beaches and lovely villages. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and I was impressed with the parking availability. Additionally, I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and their knowledge of transportation options from the hotel to access other places, such as the Picos mountains.
